[Critical Announcement: Solutions to iOS 14.3 Compatibility Issue]


We are sorry to inform you that there is a critical compatibility issue between LivCore and the latest iOS 14.3. Here are our solutions to fix it.


STEP 1: Check your iOS version

Go to iPhone Settings>General>About>Software Version


STEP 2:

Software Version 14.2 or lower

1.     Please update the LivCore App to ver.1.7.

How to check LivCore App version: Tap the gear icon on the upper right corner. Scroll App screen down to the bottom. There is About and make sure the App version is updated to 1.7.

2.     LivCoreApp ver. 1.7 will automatically update LivCore and fix the compatibility issue.Please connect your LivCore to iPhone to confirm App update is successful. If yes, you may now upgrade your iOS to 14.3.


Software Version 14.3

1.     Please download the LivCore update tool for Windows/ Mac from our website. Connect LivCore to your PC and run update tool. The tool will update your LivCore and fix the compatibility issue.
